Courtney Wilk

An accomplished high school athlete who played tennis, basketball, and softball, Courtney tore her ACL in 2010, which ignited a passion to help others feel better and return safely to the activities they enjoy. Following her graduation from Saint Francis University in 2017 with a degree in Health Sciences, Courtney attended Pennsylvania College of Technology where she obtained her PTA degree in October 2020.
Born and raised in Allenwood – a small town near the home of the Little League World Series in Pennsylvania – Courtney is a fan of the Steelers, Duke Basketball, and Mike Trout. A member of the Chiron family since January 2021, Courtney enjoys hiking, skiing, visiting vineyards, kayaking, and traveling.
