I’ve been meaning to share my experience with Chiron Physical Therapy because they truly took great care of me. I first came in with a frozen shoulder — incredibly painful and slow to heal — but they assured me it would resolve with consistent therapy. They were right. It took time, but I’m now back to full motion, and the difference is life-changing.

They were a little surprised to see me return, this time for my back. My doctor recommended physical therapy, and I immediately thought of Chiron. It turned out the issue wasn’t just my back — it was my alignment. Chiron quickly identified what was really going on and got me feeling better much faster than I expected.

Everyone here from the front desk to the PTA’s and the PT’s have been amazing! I came in for some pretty severe arm pain and was actually hospitalized for two days because of this. I feel so much better after 8 sessions and feel (almost) back to normal! Also, while at the hospital, I received well wishes from the staff at Chiron and a hearty “welcome back!” greeting once I was ready for PT again. I am currently a patient at this clinic, and it has been a great experience from start to finish. From the front desk to the therapists, everyone is welcoming and professional. Taylor always goes the extra step by greeting me with a smile and asking about my family, which truly makes a difference. I especially appreciate Jenna, who took the time to walk me through my EOBs and helped me understand everything clearly. She was patient, thorough, and made sure I had no questions before assisting the next patient.

I’ve been to and I’ve worked in many PT clinics, and I can honestly say that Chiron is one of the best. The staff and the PTs are incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I’ve had many health issues surface while being a patient, and they’ve helped me navigate through these issues AND adjusted my rehab program to accommodate. The owner, Lisa, even engaged me when I was having issues with my neck to ensure I received the best treatments possible.

I’ve never had any issues with anyone from the clinic. I walk in and the front desk knows me by name. The therapists treat me like family, even providing insight on other things when I ask for their thoughts. I honestly feel like everyone there is my best friend! Amber, Taylor, and Sean have been the best and I appreciate them so much.

Thank you, Chiron, for exceeding my expectations and for helping me regain my life back, one day at a time!!
