Our Story
At Chiron Physical Therapy, we believe there is a person behind every patient and a story behind every injury. Since opening our doors in 2014, we have built our practice around personalized care, meaningful relationships, and a commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of the people and communities we serve.
The name Chiron comes from Greek mythology. Chiron was known as a kind, intelligent, and highly skilled healer and teacher. His name is also associated with the idea of being “skilled with the hands,” making it a natural fit for a physical therapy practice built on clinical expertise, hands-on care, and a desire to help others.
Over the years, Chiron has grown from its first location in South Riding into a thriving practice with a strong presence in the Dulles South community. We celebrated a decade of serving our community in 2024, and we continue to grow while staying true to the values that shaped our practice from the beginning.

We respect you and your time so we promise to get you “in on time” and “out on time.” Your treatment will begin at the time of your reservation and end sixty (60) minutes later so you can proceed with your day and doing the things you need and want to be doing.
