Melissa (Mel) Ellison
(Patient Service Representative)
After graduating from James Madison University in 2019 with a Bachelors in Digital Video and Cinema with a minor in Creative Writing, Mel has spent her post-college years working in the customer service industry.
As a natural born people-person, Mel brings her bubbly personality to every interaction she has in our office and prides herself on getting to know our patients personally. Because Mel believes time is a finite resource we all have she deeply connects to the “Time” aspect of our PERFECT PT promise and believes that her role is crucial in helping patients make the most of their time by finding appointment times that work for their busy schedules and making them feel like they’re a member of the Chiron family during their time in therapy.
While she still enjoys video editing outside of the office, Mel is also a huge fan of Dungeons and Dragons, baking and considers herself an avid video gamer. And although she is not a huge sports fan herself she did grow up with brothers who played Hockey and roots for the Capitals as a native of Herndon, Virginia.
